You cannot teach children anything. You can only help them to discover it within themselves.

The Chinderdschungel childcare center was opened in 2008 and offers 42 day places. These are divided into four groups. There is one baby group with 6 children, two standard groups with 10 and 11 children each and a pre-kindergarten group with 15 children.

We look after children from 3 months up to kindergarten age.

The pre-kindergarten group consists of children who join the kindergarten in the following year. With exciting projects and adventures they are optimally prepared for the coming time in kindergarten.

The childcare center has a private garden and shared use of the nearby meadow and the playground in the courtyard of the complex. There are also many opportunities for excursions in the area, such as the casino park, the ruined Stein Castle, the river Limmat and other parks. In addition, children from 2 years can participate monthly in nature and forest days.

The Chinderdschungel childcare center was certified as a QualiKita in September 2013. Quality assurance is an important part of our work. The childcare center is audited annually or bi-annually by the external ProCert expert unit. The Chinderdschungel childcare center has already passed 4 audits with flying colours.
